I am over 70 years old. There is no way I could meaningfully sustain sustain two swim training seasons per day (5.5 km total) with out Blackcurrant Caffeinated Pre-Workout. I am continuing to improve.

I have used 2before for a few months. It is an excellent product and it has lifted my performance. I do an hour row every Wednesday morning at the gym. The 2before I take before the gym makes me feel strong throughout the row. Last week, I set a PB for the longest distance I have rowed. It's the third PB I have had in the past three months since using 2before. I am 71 years old and 2before has improved my fitness. I am disappointed in the price rise because I will probably have to cut back on the number of times I used the product each week. Try it works.

2before is a great product. It works for me. I have been using the blackcurrant caffeine for a few weeks. I use it three times a week when I do cardio -- intervals and rowing. I noticed a big improvement in energy and strength using the product. On the last day of 2025, I set a new distance PB, 11487m, for 60 minutes rowing. Before I started using 2before I always struggled for the last 10- 15min of a 60min row. Now, I feel strong throughout the row and stronger at the finish. My endurance has improved. I like that the product has all natural ingredients and tastes lovely. I have tried many pre-workouts in the past and none of them worked for me. 2before is the real deal. I recommend this product.

This product is entirely different to any Pre workout I have used before. You don't arrive at the gym "hyped up". Other products have you crazy for the first half of the workout and then wishing it was over in the second half. This comes in best during the workout and I find myself staying a bit longer than before. Best of all, in the hours that follow my energy levels are up (like they should be post workout, right?). No heading home for a rest. This is excellent and really simple. Impressed!
